What do I need to get a sourcing quote?
Start with a product link, reference image or specification. Add the quantity, destination and any packaging requirements. We’ll use those details to clarify the product and prepare a quote.
Can I check a sample before ordering?
Yes. You can place a sample order before committing to a larger order. Sample cost, delivery and the checks required are confirmed for your product.
Can you add my own packaging?
Custom packaging, branded stickers and inserts are available by request. We’ll confirm the artwork, quantity and cost with you before proceeding.
Can you connect to my Shopify store?
The questionnaire confirms Shopify connection through Mabang ERP, with order and tracking synchronization. The setup and suitability for your workflow will be checked during onboarding.
Where are your warehouses?
The questionnaire identifies Dongguan and Yiwu. Receiving addresses and instructions are confirmed when arranging an order.
Is there a minimum order?
For stocked items, the questionnaire states there is no minimum order. Availability and requirements are confirmed for the product. Custom packaging may have separate quantity requirements.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery estimates depend on the destination, service and product. Request a quote for the available options rather than relying on a general transit time.
